How exact does my birth time need to be for a Rising sign?
The closer to the recorded time, the better. The Ascendant moves continuously and can cross a sign boundary within a relatively short window, so even a modest time error may matter when the degree is near 0° or 29°.
Why can two Rising-sign calculators disagree?
