Editorial policy

Clear language. No scare tactics.

Our editorial choices are built around reader trust, not inflated certainty.

What we will not publish

We do not use astrology to diagnose mental health conditions, predict illness, promise fertility outcomes, make investment or legal claims, or tell a reader they are fated to experience harm. We also do not frame any sign, placement, or aspect as inherently abusive, unlovable, or doomed.

Relationship content should never normalize coercion, isolation, harassment, or violence. A chart does not excuse harmful behavior.

How we talk about compatibility

Compatibility is discussed as a pattern of possible ease, contrast, or growth—not as a score that can settle a relationship. We prioritize language about communication, boundaries, values, and repair because those are actions real people can observe and choose.

When a popular interpretation is overly broad, we add the context it leaves out: the rest of the chart, the quality of communication, and the difference between attraction and a sustainable partnership.

Corrections and updates

We correct clear factual errors in published explainers and clarify language that overstates certainty. If you believe a guide needs a correction, write to hello@velvetzodiac.pro with the page title and the issue you found.

Paid placements, affiliate relationships, or sponsored content—if added later—will be labeled clearly and will not control our editorial conclusion.
